In 2016, we developed the Trust’s Quality Strategy by asking patients what they thought outstanding care should look like. As a result, one of the pledges we made was to make sure patients and those close to them are treated with dignity and respect at all times.

As part of this commitment, our staff worked with patients to develop a set of dignity standards. These standards act as a reminder to how we must conduct ourselves, as well as telling patients and visitors what they can expect.
