EVENT NOW FULLY BOOKED!!!

Book your place at our Annual Members Meeting this year and see first-hand how Chesterfield Royal Hospital has improved care and services for patients – achieving a rating of ‘GOOD’ from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in the process.  

It means the Royal is one of 52 out of 174 acute NHS trusts nationally to have the ‘GOOD’ rating – one step closer to the top award of ‘outstanding’ the hospital is now working towards.

On Thursday September 14th, the Trust will make the CQC the focus for the first half of its Annual Members Meeting.  Anyone who comes along will be able to talk to staff at stalls showcasing work done to achieve the ‘Good’ rating and to see what work’s happening already as we strive to reach ‘outstanding’.

What else?
Alongside CQC news there will also be an opportunity to find out more about the multi-million pound building projects we’ve recently completed or have in progress – including the Operating Theatre refurbishment, NGS Macmillan Unit, the expansion of our Imaging suite and the redevelopment of our Emergency Department.  

Join us in celebrating our achievements and in looking forward to your hospital’s future!

What time?
Exhibition stalls will be open to view from 6pm in our Education Centre at the rear of the hospital.  At 7pm we’ll invite you to find out more about the past year’s performance as we head in to the business of the Annual Members Meeting – when directors from the hospital will be presenting a review and inviting you to ask questions.
