Through the NHS Staff Survey, Your Voice and Staff Forum, staff told us that we MUST involve them when we’re looking to improve services for our patients. Listening into Action is a direct response to that ‘ask’ and is the biggest staff engagement movement we’ve ever embarked on.

At the start of our LiA journey we asked staff to complete a Pulse Check to tell us how they feel about working here – and what three things would improve it for them.

We’ll be repeating Pulse Checks regularly – to measure improvement and see just how much impact LiA is having on patient care, our services and our workplace! Make sure you take part and have your say!
