 Pension All posts are pensionable for employees over the age of 16.  This entitles staff to membership of a workplace pension scheme. Subject to eligibility employees will be automatically enrolled into the NHS Pension Scheme.  If employees are not eligible for the NHS scheme they will be enrolled in the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST).

Facilities The hospital has a non-chargeable cash machine in the main entrance and a Royal Mail post box. Various seating areas, PC kiosks and toilets are located throughout the site, along with a direct taxi phone located in the main foyer.
Communications Regular communications are sent out to employees through various methods including Social Media. Feedback from staff is also sought through differing forums to enable improvement, including a staff forum.
