The 'Royal Rider' is similar to a golf buggy and used in the hospital to take patients and visitors to wards and departments.

The rider is run by volunteers from the main entrance and operates:

Monday - Friday
6.00pm onwards

Scooters

The hospital has a partnership arrangement with Chesterfield Shopmobility which enables motorised scooters to be booked to assist visitors with mobility difficulties.

The scooters can be booked through our security team on 01246 513634 and collected from the main entrance for use during your visit.
