Outpatient Nutrition 

Low bodyweight, weight loss or both can cause or be a consequence of poor health. Some population groups are particularly vulnerable. Over 3 million people in the UK are either malnourished or at risk of becoming malnourished. If you have concerns about yourself or someone you care for the link below will take you to a tool to assess your risk of being malnourished.

If you or someone you care for are at risk of becoming or are malnourished these leaflets will provide suggestions of what you can do to reduce the risks.
