What is Pathology?

Pathology is a branch of medicine that involves the analysis of tissue, blood, urine and other body fluids to find out what is wrong with a patient. It is split into several disciplines, which include:

  • Blood Sciences 
  • Histology
  • Microbiology
  • Mortuary, Bereavament and Post Mortem
  • Pathology General
  • Phlebotomy
