The Trust offers different types of apartments ranging from shared quarters, single bedroom apartments to three bedroom family houses.
The length of stay can vary from 1 night to several years.

Comprising a single bedroom, where four residents share a kitchen and bathroom on a private corridor. Domestic service is provided Monday-Friday to clean the kitchen and bathroom.
Comprising a single bedroom with a private lounge / study area attached. Two residents share a kitchen, WC and bathroom on a private corridor. Domestic service is provided Monday-Friday to clean the kitchen, WC and bathroom.
The studio apartment is self-contained and combines a living room, bedroom and kitchen into a single room with a separate bathroom. This is suitable for a single occupant or a married / partner couple however there are no facilities for children.
Comprising a double-bedroom, lounge, dining area, study area and bathroom. They contain an open plan lounge/ dining area with a kitchen and a separate bedroom and bathroom. All apartments are self contained and are suitable for a single occupant or a married / partner couple however there are no facilities for children.

The houses are semi-detached and comprise 3 bedroom. Unfurnished and fully furnished houses are available. All include a downstairs toilet, lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen, bathroom, three good sized bedrooms and a garden. All houses have parking areas and are suitable for families with children or dependant relatives.
Accommodation rent increases are normally applied in April each year however the increase in 2020 was delayed until October 2020 due to the pandemic and for the same reason this has also been delayed in 2021.
In keeping with the October 2020 increase, we have agreed with the Hospital Leadership Team to increase prices at just 1.3% (based on the Index of Private Housing Rental Prices (IPHRP) for England March 2021) and this increase will be applied from 1 October 2021.
Following this increase (October 2021) the next increase will be in April 2022 and the Hospital Leadership Team have agreed that this will again be based on the Index of Private Housing Rental Prices (IPHRP) for England at that time.
Detailed below is the new pricing structure for each grade of accommodation.

Council Tax and Utilities included with all grades of accommodation except 3 Bed Houses, where Gas and Electric are charged additionally directly to supplier.
Student and Standard (A Grade) accomodation will be charged at £25.50 per night and Deluxe (C Grade) accomodation will be charged at £30.50 per night. This will apply to all stays up to 7 nights.
