Pension

 

 

 

All posts are pensionable for employees over the age of 16.  This entitles staff to membership of a workplace pension scheme. Subject to eligibility employees will be automatically enrolled into the NHS Pension Scheme.  If employees are not eligible for the NHS scheme they will be enrolled in the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST).

Employee Assistance Programme

 

 

Employees are entitled to use the employee assistance programme free of charge, confidential support service. Available to spouse / partner and any children over the age of 16 living with you because we understand your family’s emotional wellbeing is crucial to your own.

Training & Development 

 

Employees have access to a wide range of training and development opportunities inside and outside of the Trust. There is a purpose built education centre which hosts a substantial library and PC suite which all staff can utilise.

Parking

Parking is available on site at a subsidised rate for employees.

Food available on site

 

Our chefs provide a variety of meals, sandwiches and snacks which are available from different food, drink and shop outlets in the hospital.

Facilities

 

The hospital has a non-chargeable cash machine in the main entrance and a Royal Mail post box. Various seating areas, PC kiosks and toilets are located throughout the site, along with a direct taxi phone located in the main foyer.

Communications

 

Regular communications are sent out to employees through various methods including Social Media.
