We are here to care for the communities of Chesterfield and North Derbyshire. Every day, our colleagues and volunteers provide compassionate, professional care to hundreds of thousands of people, often in challenging circumstances.
Our new strategy sets out how we will build on what already makes #TeamCRH special, while responding honestly to the pressures we face. It focuses on three connected priorities that will guide us over the next five years:
Building Strong Foundations - creating the conditions for safe, timely care by investing in colleague wellbeing, modern systems and a compassionate culture.
Neighbourhood Health - working with partners to deliver more care closer to home and prevent people from becoming unwell.
Tackling Health Inequalities - ensuring fair access, better outcomes and inclusive care for every community we serve.
This strategy is about making everyday care safer, kinder and more reliable - for patients, for colleagues and for our communities. We’ll do this by working together and focusing on what matters most.
