Earn, learn and make a difference as an apprentice at #TeamCRH. Our apprenticeships offer routes into a number roles.

  • You must be at least 16 years old to apply but there is no upper age limit
  • You must have GCSE Grades C/4 or L2 Functional Skills equivalent in Maths and English
  • You need to have lived in the UK for at least three years
  • You’ll be an apprentice for between one and four years
  • You will likely spend four days on work placement and one day at a training centre or college
  • You’ll gain a qualification which can range from Level 2 (GCSE equivalent) to Level 6 (Bachelor's degree equivalent)

After completing an apprenticeship, you can apply for a permanent role in the NHS or continue studying - an apprenticeship at a higher level, or perhaps a university course.

External applicants: In order to complete an apprenticeship here at #TeamCRH, an apprenticeship position will need to be available. All our apprenticeships can be found via our Current Vacancies page which is regularly checked and updated. 

Internal applicants: All existing colleagues looking to complete an apprenticeship within the Trust will need to contact the Staff Development and Apprenticeship Team for further information.
