For clinically urgent advice/items the on-call pharmacy service will be available outside of these opening hours – contact can be made via the site matron.

Our outpatient pharmacy, currently situated in Suite One, will remain closed over the bank holiday.

Estates Services

  • Continues as normal on all days with the exception of bank holidays where standard ‘weekend on-call services’ are provided. For weekend on-call services please filter requests through Matron/Ward Managers for importance and then report to switchboard if still required.

Materials Management

  • There will be no onsite service over the Bank Holiday but emergency calls can be made via switchboard

Cleaning

  • Additional or urgent cleans can be requested via ext: 3400 in hours and bleep 022 out of hours

Emergency PPE

  • Stock is available as always in locked areas in stores to be accessed via security

Procurement

  • On-call service available via switchboard

ICT

  • On-call on the bank holidays via Switchboard

Clinical Engineering

  • On-call on the bank holidays via Switchboard

Linen

  • There will be a normal delivery on Friday, 29 March which will include additional stock for Bank Holiday Monday. Emergency linen is available as always in a locked area to be accessed via the linen room.

Decontamination

  • The service will be open from 7am-12noon on Friday, 29 March and Monday, 1 April.
  • 7am- 3pm on Sunday, 30 and 31 March
  • Out-of-hours service is available via site matrons through switchboard.
