Industrial action by resident doctors is due to take place from 7am on Monday 15 June until 7am on Friday 19 June.
While some services may be affected, patient safety remains our priority and plans are in place to minimise disruption.
Please help share these key messages with family and friends:
Use NHS services wisely and visit NHS 111 online first for non-emergency health concerns.• Only call 999 or attend A&E for serious or life-threatening emergencies.
Mental health crisis services remain available, including the Derbyshire Mental Health Helpline on 0800 028 0077.
If your appointment is affected, the NHS will contact you directly. If you haven't been contacted, please attend as planned.
GP services may be impacted, but patients should continue to attend appointments unless told otherwise.
