Our New Trust Strategy - Improving Care Together

At Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, we are proud to care for our communities. Every day, our colleagues and volunteers provide compassionate, professional care to hundreds of thousands of people, often in challenging circumstances.

We have now launched our new five-year strategy, setting out how we will build on what already makes #TeamCRH special while responding honestly to the pressures we face across the NHS.

Our strategy focuses on three connected priorities that will guide us over the coming years.

• Building Strong Foundations is about creating the right conditions for safe, timely care by investing in colleague wellbeing, modern systems and a compassionate culture.
• Neighbourhood Health reflects our commitment to working more closely with partners to deliver more care closer to home and help prevent people from becoming unwell.
• Tackling Health Inequalities focuses on ensuring fair access, better outcomes and inclusive care for every community we serve.

This strategy is about improving your experience of care; making it easier to access, more joined‑up, and more responsive to what matters to you and your family.
